Services:

Refers to all strategic advisory, digital banking consulting, core banking & infrastructure advisory, payments & financial infrastructure consulting, and government & institutional advisory services offered by the Company.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not engage in unauthorized access, data misuse, or any activity that disrupts others' use of the website.

All services are delivered as per the agreed statement of work, engagement letter, or proposal. The Company reserves the right to modify the scope of, or discontinue, any service offering at any time, subject to existing client agreements. Timelines are approximate and may change due to regulatory dependencies, third-party vendors, or client-side delays.

Fees are payable according to the schedule set out in the applicable engagement letter or invoice. An advance retainer or deposit may be required before an engagement begins. Delays in payment may result in suspension of ongoing advisory work. Once an engagement has commenced, fees for work performed are non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

All frameworks, methodologies, analyses, reports, and materials created by Meridian Digital Services LLC during an engagement remain our property until full payment is received. Ownership of final deliverables (as defined in the engagement letter) transfers to the client upon complete payment. Underlying proprietary methodologies, tools, and working files remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We value the trust placed in us by institutional clients and maintain strict confidentiality of client data, strategic information, and engagement details. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client's prior written consent.

Meridian Digital Services LLC provides advisory services on a good-faith, professional basis and is not liable for business decisions made independently by the client, nor for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our website and advisory work may reference or integrate with third-party tools, vendors, or technology partners. We do not control, and do not guarantee, the reliability, security, or performance of such third parties.

Revisions to deliverables are provided as per the scope defined in the applicable engagement letter.

Additional work requested after final sign-off may be treated as a new engagement and billed separately.

Ongoing advisory support is available only under an active retainer or support agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if the client materially breaches these Terms, fails to make payment
as agreed, or is unresponsive for over 30 days without notice.
Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice provisions in the applicable engagement letter.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
